The history of the Big Buddha

The Big Buddha has written articles for many years, the hemp community and pictures of the Cheese made available. Meanwhile, during the last 2 years, he also had the opportunity to work in the Mediterranean on his genetics.

The Big Buddha came in early 2002 in possession of a Cheese cutting and by the way, the cheese began with an excellent Afghani male (pure landrace) cross, which he had received from an old friend from that region. Some selected female Afghanis had very high yields and very short internodes, (as well as a rich, lovely deep fruity bouquet) and the male had the same smell and had excellent tight branching. The first cross made was in late 2002. The varied results, but the best selected male was backcrossed with the Cheese. Similarly, made possible by a move to a more suitable location to the vitality of hybrids has been strengthened by further back-crosses.

Once a few seeds were produced and handed to colleagues in the industry who congratulated The Big Buddha on his work, he began full commercial seed production, with emphasis on reliability, stability and rate of germination of the seeds.
